Quick Pickled Radishes

A great way to use up left over radishes! Recipe from loveradish.co.uk


  • 6 radishes
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper

To serve

  • 1
    Slice the radishes finely
  • 2
    In a small bowl or jar simply mix together the sugar and vinegar. Add the radishes and season well.

    Leave for 10 minutes, or until ready to enjoy.
