Welcome

Inside this issue, we’ve got a special report showcasing all of the best online yoga studios. Doing a yoga class online is a brilliant way to get your stretch on with some of the world’s best teachers via your laptop or smartphone, all without leaving the comfort of your own home. Great if you’re pushed for time…or just love being at home!

Many of the platforms featured in this month’s OM offer free classes and trial offers as well, so now there’s no excuse not to get your yoga fix. Online yoga – including totally free yoga on YouTube – has grown exponentially in recent years, mirroring the rise in popularity of yoga generally.

We’ve also got a profile interview this month with Kino MacGregor, creator of Omstars, one of the online studios featured inside. One of the world’s best-known ashtanga teachers, she’s on a mission to share yoga’s benefits with as many people as possible.

Same here with OM. Every month, we bring you a beaming bundle of yoga sunshine to help motivate, educate and entertain you on your journey on the mat. There are lots of other inspiring people in this issue too, as well as competitions, meditations, healthy food and some cool new yoga kit to spruce up your summer.

And if you’re an aspiring teacher or looking to raise your profile then do check out our fab article: ‘The yoga insider’s guide to becoming a social media influencer’. With some top tips and insight, it’ll help you propel your own unique yoga brand out into the world.

Whatever you’re up to this month, wherever you go on your travels, take a little OM sunshine along with you. Enjoy the summer, folks.
