Replenish Festival

Supporting the work of the Souljourn Yoga Foundation, Replenish Festival takes place in September in Essex

Get ready for the first round of Replenish Festival — a wellbeing weekend of true nourishment for the soul. Tucked away deep in the Essex countryside, the forest space location is an idyllic place for you to rest, unwind and leave the responsibility of day-to-day life to one side.

Expect a mixture of yoga and all kinds of wellbeing activities, from breath work, sauna and sound bowls to kirtan, cacao and massage. The festival is bringing awareness to the work of Souljourn Yoga Foundation, a non-profit that raises awareness and funds for young women’s education around the world by using yoga as an inclusive vehicle for change. Proceeds will be donated to support girls’ education and women’s empowerment around the globe. The intention behind the weekend is to give back to others whilst also giving back to yourself.

Explore two main stages, chill-out areas, rest-nest tipis, sustainable retail space, nature-immersed hammock cocoons, meditation trees, expanses of meadow, winding forests and picturesque camping spots.

Come and experience the power of the collective pause all whilst supporting girls’ education and women’s empowerment around the globe! Every practice offered is an invitation to be held, to rest, to pause and to reconnect with who you truly are behind all of the layers of life's rush.

The festival organisers have also made sustainability and ethical sourcing a top priority, ensuring all suppliers involved hold nature close to their hearts and are aligned with a mission to reduce consumption, stop over production and aim to be plastic-free. On-site is a comprehensive recycling system, drinkable water and a no littering policy.

The inaugural Replenish Festival takes place at Bush Woods, Weeley in Essex from 16-17 September, 2023. For information visit: benourished.org.uk/replenishfestival
