Sunny days

I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to soak up some sunshine when reading the last issue of OM. It’s been a long time since last summer, but I finally managed to get outside into my garden and enjoy a good read with a nice cup of herbal tea, whilst soaking up some rays. Great issue too! Nice to see new faces like Ro Nwosu being featured and the OMFM story on Dickens Omondi Odhiambo was amazing — what a yoga journey!

Super inspirational

I am enough I really needed to hear your mantra in the March issue: “You are enough”. It was just what I needed. I have had a very challenging year, as I am sure so many others have, and sometimes feel that I am not enough. But reading through the sweet words and reciting this mantra had a very powerful and soothing effect on me in that moment. It made me remember that “I am enough”. We all are.
