Breeze Yoga is a dedicated space devoted to yoga and wellbeing, that’s been serving its local community for over 11 years. The studio offers many types of yoga: Hot Yoga, Flow, Hatha, Iyengar, Thai, Sound Meditation, Traditional Vinyasa, Yin and Pilates, as well as regular workshops and seminars covering all aspects of yoga and holistic health. In the past 11 years it has witnessed the fantastic growth and transformation in its staff, teachers, and students alike, many of whom are now very experienced and devoted practitioners.

The Breeze Yoga space is spread over two floors, with shower and changing facilities on the upper level. Recently refurbished, it is a true sanctuary amongst the hustle and bustle of Beckenham, situated just a two minute walk away from Beckenham Junction Station and Beckenham High Street.

There are three studios in total, including the purpose-built hot studio with a sophisticated temperature-controlled heating system, set up to keep the room at a consistent heat between 35-40°C (depending on the class), whilst also providing fresh air circulation, giving students the best possible experience.

There are also two traditional yoga studios, making Breeze the largest yoga studio in the area. During the recent renovations, three fully-equipped treatment rooms and a new cafe offering refreshments after class were added.

Breeze Yoga prides itself on its fantastic teachers and its warm and welcoming reception staff. The studio’s slogan ‘Freedom to Be’ is fully reflected in the variety of classes and courses on offer, welcoming students of all backgrounds, ages and abilities.

The Breeze team is proud that many of its students consider it their ‘second home ’. This is a space that truly welcomes everyone from all walks of life, offering a holistic sanctuary to guide people through the stresses of the modern world.
