Autumn yoga retreat – Housel Bay Hotel, Cornwall
A Cornish yoga retreat on the edge of the world at Housel Bay Hotel
Housel Bay Hotel, a Cornish hotel on the southernmost tip of the UK, is taking bookings for its Autumn yoga retreat this year, following its recent Spring retreat, hosted by Kate Batchelor from the Yoga Batch.
"Housel Bay Hotel is the perfect place to get people away from their everyday stresses and in a space where they can focus fully on their physical and mental wellbeing," she says.
Perched on the clifftop above Housel Bay, the hotel is on the frontier between the rugged Cornish coastline and the Celtic Sea.
Situated on the AONB Lizard Peninsular, guests on the retreat can take advantage of the South West Coast Path running directly in front of the hotel, the low-tide-accessible beach at the foot of the cliffs as well as the nearby Lizard Lighthouse or popular Kynance Cove.
A destination focused on slow-paced adventure, returning to nature and with a wonderfully isolated location free from the bustle, everyday stresses – and, occasionally, phone signal – it's the perfect setting for those in need of a refresh.
A small, intimate retreat, spaces are strictly limited so book early. All levels of ability welcome.
