We love the full moon-inspired yoga flow at John Reed London, a unique health and fitness gym that you actually want to spend time in. It’s actually part of a chain of more than 40 gyms in 10 countries.
While it’s not a yoga studio as such, it’s gone to great lengths to embed all kinds of fitness activities into its schedule, and create a great environment to work out in whether you’re lifting weights or getting your stretch on. There are lots of yoga and movement sessions to pick from in the weekly schedule, including hot yoga, plus flow, barre and Pilates classes too. Be prepared to sweat: the 2022 class schedule includes A grade workouts with a difference, such as Inferno Pilates, Jazz Barre and Rocket Yoga.
Located just moments from London’s busy Liverpool Street Station, the contemporary design here is something special. An inspired space that removes you from the concrete jungle of the city, transporting you to an eclectic gym where unexpected design elements and top-of-the-line equipment are waiting around every corner. The only place where guest DJs spin records in a booth, while members workout in front of Grecian-inspired statues, strut to their boxing class through an LED tunnel, and marvel at murals by local and international street artists.
That’s not all. After your workout, there are two Finnish saunas to relax in, plus a large fashion retail space where you can treat yourself to some brand new sports kit. After all that working out, you probably deserve a nice treat!
