Loving Pilates — Manchester

Founder Rikke Larsen is a third generation Pilates teacher who has trained extensively with internationally renowned instructors. Its founder, Lisa Paterson, has a passion for helping others and is committed to providing access to Pilates for as many people in the area as possible. PilatesWorks — Southport
Pilates Works in Southport is a studio passionate about preserving the integrity of the authentic Pilates method. Situated in a private mews, it is dedicated to teaching the original works of Joseph Pilates, ensuring each client experiences the full benefits of Pilates. Established in 2017, the fully equipped studio specialises in group Reformer, Wall Tower, Mat and Barre. In addition to group classes, personalised 1:1 and private sessions are available.
