Welcome

Welcome to our April issue — and the return of the yoga retreat!

Yep, this is a bit of a special one in that we’re very happy to bring back a report on all things yoga travel. Inside, we’ve gathered up this year’s top yoga retreats for you to pick from, and to plan those summer hols.

Imagine rolling out your mat somewhere special, hanging out with kindred spirits and feasting on wholesome, healthy food prepared lovingly for you — a yoga retreat is the ultimate post-pandemic prescription.

Whatever you’ve been through these past couple of years, and whatever you’re up to right now, you deserve a yoga holiday!

We’ve also got lots of other amazing things inside too, from yoga sequences and anatomy, to all the latest kit and equipment — plus a ton of instant inspiration.

We love inspirational figures here at OM and you won’t find a tougher cookie than former world Muaythai fighting champion, Ruth Ashdown. She’s now using her unique skillset to teach yoga to a whole new set of people who otherwise might not get to experience it. She wants others to feel that same inner peace that yoga has given her.

We’ve also got a group of incredible male yoga teachers who are similarly sharing their knowledge and experience on all things yoga to help others. Sharing is caring! Make sure you check it out and then check out some of their classes.
And there’s more good news too: the return of the OM Yoga Show! Yes, our show is returning in 2022 — another chance to get your yoga fix with other likeminded souls in one spectacular yoga weekend. More details to come!

Have a wonderful month, you beautiful, perfect, yoga souls.
