Yoga, Chanting & Philosophy Retreat in Scotland

A Highlands yoga experience to remember

Tell me more: Yoga and meditation teachers, Eva Kristlova and Penelope Coomber, invite you to the first Highlands yoga experience! You’ll be staying in the beautiful historic town of Cromarty which lies at the easternmost tip of the Black Isle, right at the heart of the Moray Firth.

Immerse yourself in the practice of yoga, chanting, yogic philosophy and meditation. It will be an extraordinary, transformative week with plenty of free time to explore, learn, connect with yourself, the group and nature…and also have fun!

Dive into the teachings of yoga, explore asana (postures), pranayama (breath), meditation, chanting and yogic philosophy. This carefully designed retreat will awaken your curiosity and hopefully inspire you to go deeper into these ancient teachings and practices.

There will also be various trips and activities locally and in the surrounding area on offer, including a boat trip to watch dolphins. Enjoy glorious hikes overlooking the sea and Scottish Highlands, take part in sea bird watching and wildlife expeditions, teaming up with Eco Ventures (, a local company that specialises in boat and wildlife watching trips.
