London AcroYoga Festival
BE QUICK: THE LONDON ACROYOGA FESTIVAL TAKES PLACE THIS MONTH ON JANUARY 11-12, 2020
Join the AcroYoga team this month for some twisting and turning, and discovering things you didn’t think were possible. The Saturday (January 11) will be geared towards introducing beginners to the joys and physical challenges of AcroYoga — you’ll feel on top of the world!
You’ll be in safe hands too with certified teachers and a fully-matted dedicated AcroYoga studio near London Bridge. No experience necessary, just a willingness to give it a go and make new friends. Partners will be organised, so if you are on your own, there will be someone fun to share the experience.
While Saturday will be focused on beginners, there will be intermediate and advanced workshops and activities on Sunday (January 12). There’s even a chance to win a year’s free subscription to OM magazine.
When: January 11-12, 2020
Where: AcroYogaDance Studio, London Bridge
Time: 10am - 6pm

Coming up in March, this amazing surf and yoga retreat from Wild & Free Adventures is the perfect antidote to winter. Book your place now for 10 unforgettable days on this tropical island paradise, and soak up oodles of surfing and yoga. The Surf House is opposite one of the most consistent waves on the south-west coast of the island, in the town of Ahangama, tucked 50 metres into the jungle. But you’ll enjoy the luxury of comfortable beds, contemporary design and
options for fan or air con, shared or private rooms, all with en-suite.

With massages available and scrummy nutritious foods served up, it’s the ultimate dreamy surf and yoga getaway.
