Sun, Spa & Savasana in Sharm

A luxury, all-inclusive resort, Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh offers sunshine, spa and savasana — everything you need for a complete family getaway with embedded wellness options, plus a touch of A-lister glitz thrown in as well!

Self-care never felt so good! My thoughts on the massage table during a quick mini break to escape the winter blues. But before you think ‘hey, that’s Sun, Spa & Savasana in Sharm indulgent’ it was a first massage in years and my first mid-winter mini escape possibly ever— so well overdue!

I was feeling the bliss inside the opulent Anjana Spa at Rixos Radamis Sharm el Sheikh, which offers year-round sunshine, and near-perfect weather for European visitors during January and the long winter months.

A destination for all-inclusive family fun, it’s also great for wellness seekers, with a smorgasbord of treatments available at the two spa centres, Anjana Spa, and a separate ladies-only spa, both havens of tranquility for weary travellers.

Located just 5 km from the airport, Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh is a new architectural masterpiece located outside one of Egypt’s popular tourist cities, at Nabq Bay, which sits alongside the Red Sea coast and borders the Sinai Desert.

A grand-scale family resort, with rooms and suites spread across three hotel zones — all walkable, but also connected by regular, fun buggy rides — there is something here for everyone, both young and old alike.

The striking setting, with its own private beach, has already attracted global recognition, with superstars like Enrique Iglesias and Jennifer Lopez playing at the state-of-the-art concert arena, which can accommodate 8,000 guests.

Or you can get the VIP vibe for yourself every single night with a charming pre dinner gondola ride under the twinkly lights along the resort’s unique 700-metre-long scenic river valley — the ultimate Instagram worthy, real-life fairytale attraction!

Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh is a bustling holiday destination, one that delivers an expansive premium all-inclusive experience, but it’s also incorporated wellness into the vast range of activities you can explore here.

Every day and every week you’ll find a busy schedule of yoga and fitness classes, ranging from Tabata high-intensity interval training through to beach volleyball, table tennis and various aqua fitness sessions in one of the many pools.

Start the day with some yoga and stretching, or Pilates, and close it out with a more restorative sunset yoga session.

After your class, head to the Detox Bar where they’ll be happy to rustle up a juice of any kind from all the fresh produce on display — any juice you can dream up, they’ll create it for you.

Take a wander through the Organic Farm for a peaceful stroll among the herb gardens that are tended to by the gardening team, with a little help from the children at the amazing Rixy Kids Town, probably the best kids club at any big resort anywhere.

And be sure to make use of the stunning private sandy beach that faces out to the Red Sea, where you can glimpse the rocky Tirana Island and the Saudi Arabia shoreline in the distance. There’s also free snorkelling equipment on hand so you can take a dip in the crystal-clear waters from one of the piers to catch a glimpse of the marine life beneath the surface.

For the ultimate relaxation day, check out the luxurious beachfront cabanas, some of which include their own jacuzzis, and enjoy the private drinks and catering service as you snooze on one of the sun loungers.

Then, of course, you can indulge in the spa therapy at Anjana Spa, which probably keeps more than a few guests ‘busy’ all week. The dining options here are equally varied, with a choice of three main restaurants, plus 14 specialty à la carte venues catering for all with every type of cuisine.

“Radamis Sharm El Sheikh…Self-care never felt so good!”

For families, Rixy Kids Town is the perfect spot for educational and fun activities, providing an imaginative world for young explorers, with workshops covering not only messy painting or cooking, but fun science based classes where the youngsters get to dress up in white lab coats too.

There’s also an aquapark, sports cafés and game rooms, including a video gaming centre with rows of computer screens for teens that need their electronic fix. The adults also get their own professional entertainment, with exclusive sporting programmes and nightly evening shows from international music and dance groups — as well as the occasional high-profile artist of course (both Enrique Iglesias and Jennier Lopez played here during 2025).

If you’re looking for more adventure, then there are countless excursions on offer from the main lobby, where you can experience the thrill of quad biking in the desert or scuba diving from a speedboat.

Across such a large hotel and resort area there is something for everyone here. It’s possible to dedicate your time to living clean, sipping your green juices and meditating from your beachfront cabana, or going for an all-out splurge (it is all inclusive, after all!).

For many, the illuminated boat ride along the river is the icing on the cake, a magical journey that embodies a stay at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh.

For me, it was that realisation on the massage table that I needed some time out. In the same way, a few mindful, deep breaths can be transformational to your mental, emotional or physical state; a few delicious yoga stretches can reconnect you instantly with your body.

All of that, and more, is available here…as well as bundles of family fun, adventure and some good old-fashioned luxury living too.
