Welcome

Welcome to our November issue.

Inside, we’ve got all things yoga to keep you inspired, on and off the mat, throughout the month — from simple sequences, anatomy and asana masterclasses, right through to healthy recipes, fashion and some great travel ideas.

There’s a special report on online yoga teacher training as well. If you’re thinking of furthering your skills, or even looking to teach, then you’re in the right place. Nothing beats ‘real life’ in-person human contact, of course, but the digital world opens up a whole array of new learning options too. You can be on holiday in Hawaii and still make your class in Hove that day thanks to the wonders of the internet. Plus, online options are often cheaper and altogether more accessible.

Millions of people discovered the merits of yoga online during the lockdowns (there are some brilliant yoga teachers offering free classes on YouTube), so why not utilise the technology to extend what’s possible in teacher training? Wherever you get your yoga fix, it’s all good!

That includes this issue of OM magazine. Yes, it may be November, and winter is coming, but we’ll be with you every step of the way, sharing exclusive content, offers and all-round positive yoga vibes (head to the OM website if you want even more 24/7 yoga awesomeness).

Have a fantastic month, folks…stay awesome!
