Recharge & Renew Yoga Retreat in Gocek

Turkish yoga delight with Ebru Evrim

Tell me more:
The beautiful, unspoilt Huzur Valley in southern Turkey is a dream backdrop for a nourishing week[1]long wellness retreat. Ebru Evrim guarantees that you will grow stronger, feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed during your stay as head teacher Sam Hughes oversees a programme of dynamic and restful classes in yoga and Pilates.

Set 650m above sea level, the peaceful retreat inspires a deep connection with the natural world that immeasurably enhances the benefits of yoga practice.

It features a spacious and fully equipped yoga shala with room for up to 28 people to practice. The natural stone swimming pool is the perfect place to relax, as are the two massage rooms featuring a tranquil, open-air room with bamboo-glazed surrounds and the ‘köşk’ - a traditional Turkish treehouse which is the perfect spot for a sublime siesta. Or you can chill out in a hammock under the olive trees after visiting the library or honesty bar.

Delicious and healthy Turkish meals, hiking in the stunning, wild hills, and a visit to a traditional Turkish local market are all on the itinerary. A particular highlight is a yachting day trip at the stunning Mediterranean resort of Göcek.

Suitable for: Beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. Classes include Hatha and Yin yoga, and Pilates matwork.

Accommodation: Stay in luxurious yurts, with wooden floors, comfortable beds, electricity and a view of the stars through the roof wheel ‘eye of heaven’. These traditional Turkic structures adapt to the ambient temperature, so are cool enough to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. There are also four comfortable safari tents available for extra single accommodation.

How much: Shared Twin Yurt (pp) £795; Double Yurt (Single Occupancy) £1,299; Shared Double Yurt (for 2 people) £1,690.
