Hot Yoga 4 You Rockville Centre is proud to make its first-ever appearance at the OM Yoga Show in London this year — at Stand J1 — traveling from New York to share its passion for hot yoga, movement and community.
Located at 274 Merrick Road, 2nd Floor, Rockville Centre, NY, this vibrant studio has been a cornerstone of the Long Island yoga scene since it opened its doors in August 2003. As the first original hot yoga studio in New York State, it has helped thousands of students build strength, flexibility, and confidence through the power of heat and movement.
At the show, the studio will be presenting three signature classes:
Power Vinyasa – a dynamic, breath-driven sequence that builds heat and strength.
Yogalates – a creative fusion of yoga and Pilates that focuses on core stability and posture.
Partner Yoga – a playful practice designed to foster connection and trust.
In addition to those offerings, the studio’s regular schedule includes Bikram Yoga, Heated Vinyasa, Inferno Hot Pilates, Yoga Sculpt, Yin Yoga, Sound Meditation, HIIT Yoga, Yogalates, and Yoga Bootcamp. The studio also offers unique specialty pop-ups like Family Yoga and Animal Flow, designed to inspire and support students at every stage of their wellness journey.
At the heart of Hot Yoga 4 You is a tight-knit, welcoming community led by a passionate team of experienced instructors. Karina Blackstone, a passionate yoga practitioner, devoted business owner, and visionary leader, took over the studio in 2022 and led it through a remarkable transformation — re energising the space after the challenges of the pandemic and rebuilding it into a vibrant, thriving hub for wellness and connection.
Joining Karina at the OM Yoga Show is Marci Catala, one of the studio’s beloved and versatile instructors. Marci brings over 12 years of teaching experience, with specialties that span Heated Vinyasa, Hot Pilates, Yin Yoga, and more. Her energy, clarity, and presence light up every room she teaches in.
