Love OM magazine and want to tell the world? Here’s your chance
THANK YOU, GEMMA!
Loved the interview with Gemma Williams in the summer issue. Something in her words resonated with me so much and made me feel a little better about my own life. It was about how yoga can help us to live our most pure, authentic lives in the face of societal pressures that want to take us away from who we truly are. “I felt I had done what society expected of me, but the examples of living I had seen didn’t resonate.” Perfect! I so needed to hear that, so I can now carve out my own unique path. Namaste.

Navigating through the maze of options when it comes to teacher training is quite the challenge so I was really pleased to look through your guide in the last issue. It’s interesting seeing all of the different styles, teachers and options out there, and to see them side by side in a magazine is incredibly helpful. So much information to take in. All I need to do now is pick one!

I always like checking out the yoga retreats and holidays in OM, but your Amazing Spaces article on Huzur Vadisi came at just the right time. So I signed up and jetted off into the sun! It was an amazing week…and it was meant to be! Maybe now I can face another winter in the UK (or maybe not!), but the whole time I’m definitely going to be plotting my next getaway.
