4 steps to instantly clear your energy and attract more abundance into your life. By Oliver Niño

Do you ever feel like you're stuck in a rut? Or experience the same problems over and over again? The income bracket you can’t seem to get past; the toxic relationship pattern that keeps repeating itself; the days that leave you feeling like you have nothing left to give…or maybe you’re struggling with things like recurring fear, frustration, anxiety, depression, jealousy, and rage. These are all tell-tale signs that you have some energetic blocks in your life.

In this article, I'm going to share with you a simple 4-step process for protecting your vibration and clearing the deeply-rooted energetic blocks that are secretly stopping you from experiencing abundance, happiness, and vitality. But before we jump into that, it's important to understand what energy is and how energetic blocks affect us.

Energy is the life force that flows through all of us. You, me, your neighbour across the street, the little kids playing soccer at the park – we’re all made up of energy (and so is everything else in the universe). Everything is connected through this invisible web of energy.

The state of our energy (aka our vibrational frequency) is ultimately what determines the quality of our life – how happy we are, how much money we make, how healthy our relationships are, the level of satisfaction and purpose we feel, and so much more.

The higher our vibration is, the more we're able to attract positive things into our lives…and the lower our vibration is, the more we're attracting negative things into our lives. This is why it’s so important to keep our energy in check and maintain our true state of high vibration.

But what happens when you’re experiencing an energy block that you can’t get past?

What is an energy block and how does it affect you?

Energy blocks are limiting beliefs and thought patterns that cause you to unconsciously pull back from success and hold you back from achieving abundance in your life.

Most people subconsciously hold energy blocks in one or more areas of their lives — yet they have no idea that these energy blocks exist in them at all. Everything from a traumatic experience in childhood, to being laughed at in middle school speech class, to having your heart broken in college, to being rejected for your dream job, and much more. All of these things leave what’s called ‘energetic marks’ on your mind, soul and body.

And when these energetic marks aren’t addressed, cleared and eliminated, over time, they become permanently imprinted in your subconscious pattern recognition and coping mechanisms. This is what actually causes you to repeat toxic patterns, remain stuck or plateaued at a certain health status or income bracket, and keep you from tapping into your true human potential.

But the good news is this. You can easily and effortlessly remove your energy blocks, raise your vibration, and see transformation in less time than it takes to finish a cup of coffee – seriously, I’m talking in 10 seconds or less. If you know the exact steps, that is.


These four steps will help you quickly release negative energy, even if it’s coming from people or events outside of yourself. When I follow these steps, I’m able to rise above any negative thoughts, or low vibrations, and return back to my ideal frequency in a manner of mere seconds.

When you’re first starting this practice, it might take you longer to achieve a feeling of peace. But the more you practice, and make this four-step process part of your daily ritual, the easier it will get and the faster you’ll be able to get back into your true energy.

The first thing you do when you’re experiencing a low vibrational energy is:


Ask yourself: “Is this energy mine?” Ever feel mad for seemingly no reason at all? Or return home from the store feeling anxious and stressed? When no events took place that directly caused you to feel these emotions, there’s a pretty good chance that you picked up on someone else’s energy. This is more common than you think. But before you can address the energy and raise your vibration, you first need to know the source.


Next ask yourself: “Whose energy is this?” Who owns this energy that you’re feeling? Was it someone you spoke to at the store? Or maybe someone is thinking ill thoughts towards you? Think about the events that have occurred in your life and try to pinpoint where this energy might be coming from.


Now that you know exactly where this blocked, negative, or low vibrational energy is coming from…you can release it. So the next step is to set your intention.

If you know the exact person or place this energy came from you can name it. “I release [name/source]’s energy that isn’t mine and allow my true energy to elevate and transmute.”

If you’re not sure on the exact source, then you can sub out the name for: “whoever I’m connected to”.


Now close your eyes and imagine your body filling up with unconditional love. If a specific colour comes to mind, allow it to fill you completely – coming down into your head and spreading through the rest of your body. Once you’ve filled your own energy space with unconditional love, you will send unconditional love to the individual and/or source that you picked up negative energy from. I like to envision a ‘love bubble’ that I’m wrapping around them, filling them up with unconditional love from afar and helping them transmute their own low vibrational energy.

Remember, when it comes to energy work, you can never go wrong with sending love. So fill yourself with love. Fill others with love. Fill the sky, the world, the universe with love until you can’t see it anymore.

When you make this into a daily practice, you’ll find yourself operating in a constant state of high energetic frequency – better able to manifest a life of health, abundance, wealth, love (or anything else that you desire!).
