Yoga with Kassandra

It was really lovely to see Kassandra Reinhardt featured in your December issue recently. I regularly practice online with her and would very much recommend to everyone to check out her YouTube channel. There are plenty of other yoga YouTubers out there, of course, but Yoga with Kassandra really does deserve a special mention. She’s a wonderful teacher and comes across so humble and kind, as well as knowledgeable.

Happy new year

Just wanted to say a big thank you to OM for keeping me going during 2021 (and 2020!). We’ve all been through a long couple of years and, whilst I’m not sure what 2022 will bring, at least I have my yoga and a regular read of OM to look forward to. Here’s to a happy and healthy new year! Bring it on!

Yoga v Stress

Thanks for publishing your Yoga v Stress report (December 2021). It was a great reminder of how to slow down, breathe and simply start to ‘be’ again…all things that we may forget to do in the everyday hustle and bustle of modern life. As a yoga teacher myself, these are all things that I know, and teach, but it doesn’t hurt to get a gentle reminder now and then. Just slow down…and breathe.
