Namaste Magazines January 2020

Brilliant Barb

Thanks for always introducing us to new and interesting people from the world of yoga. It was great to read about Barb Jungr in your December issue, someone I hadn’t known about before. I wasn’t aware of her music and it’s so wonderful that we are all connected by our mutual love of yoga. Keep up the good work. Jackie, by email

Holiday Time

This year I am planning to go on my first yoga retreat (I’m only in my first year as a regular yogini!). I’ve been so inspired by some of the amazing places I’ve seen in your magazine, so now looking at OM’s travel pages — all in the name of research, of course! Hannah, by email

Editor’s note: OM will be publishing a special report on yoga travel in April showcasing dozens of the best retreats from all over the world. Be sure you include it in your research!

Yoga at home

Just wanted to let you know that I am really enjoying the Yoga@ Home sequences in each issue. The videos on the app with Omstars are simple and great for my home practice. Intense Side Stretch with Rosa Santana was just what I needed last month (December 2019, issue 103). Looking forward to more. Joseph, by email
