Nancy is a US yoga teacher, author, speaker, and entrepreneur. She is the creator of Motivational Yoga, a style that empowers life decisions, goals and results. It’s her belief that a genuine yoga practice begins within. A Himalayan Institute-certified yoga teacher, Nancy is the author of Guiding Yoga’s Light (Human Kinetics), a go-to reference book for teachers and students. Motivational Yoga: 100 Lessons for Strength, Energy, and Transformation is her latest book, released this year. In her free time Nancy enjoys hiking, travelling and trying most things at least once.
