“To understand the immeasurable, the mind must be extraordinarily quiet, still” — Jiddu Krishnamurti

Unwind with 7Breaths, a one-stop sanctuary of stillness offering 30-minute multi-sensory guided meditation classes for busy Londoners.

A place that exudes peace and tranquility, it is one of London’s most instagrammable spaces where sustainable design meets wellness, perfect for all those frazzled city nerves.

Located in Fitzrovia, a stone’s throw from Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus, 7Breaths Meditation Studio is the newest mindfulness and meditation destination in the capital, opened in June.

Founder Yuki Sagayam tells OM that the primary focus is to simplify meditation for all, allowing it to be accessible and effective for everybody, especially those new to the practice or who feel that it is ‘not for them’.

“There is power in breathing together. We teach scientifically backed trainable skills to regulate your nervous system and effectively manage stress and anxiety,” she says.

The studio’s repertoire of meditation practices is aimed at cultivating present moment awareness among all those who walk through the door.

Regular classes include mindfulness meditation, sound meditations, such as gong baths, Tibetan bowls and crystal bowls, pranayama, breathwork and moving meditations such as tai chi, yin yoga, and restorative yoga.

“Our core classes are 30 minutes and taught by highly experienced and qualified wellbeing teachers where you will learn how to slow down, unwind and calm your mind. No experience is necessary, nor special clothes, just come as you are.”

You’ll also find longer, 45-minute classes, weekend workshops and corporate wellbeing events, plus a range of curated mindfulness products to enhance your practice at home.

Reset, restore and relax at 7Breaths Meditation Studio, the place to regain stillness, serenity…and your sanity.
