Food, glorious food

As a regular yoga practitioner, OM has long been a source of inspiration for me, but I think it’s also become quite a reference source for clean eating as well. I appreciate your focus on plant-based foods and get lots of ideas from your recipe pages. I also enjoy discovering some the latest food and drink products in your Eat Drink Yoga section each month. After all, eating is one of life’s great pleasures!

The champ

Hey OM. Really loved reading about Ruth Ashdown in your last issue (Issue 128, April 2022). What an incredible story she has to tell and such an inspiration to us all. I’m glad that she has discovered the power of yoga and how it can help both body and mind to find greater peace. Great to hear about this amazing woman.

Holiday time

Yes, I do need a vacation! That’s what you told us in your round up of yoga retreats in April — and I’m happy to oblige! I’ve just booked a retreat to Spain later this summer and I can’t wait. Not been away (or at least overseas) for over two years, so I’m super excited. It was great salivating over all the brilliant retreats out there. Can’t wait!
