The image shows London-based Sarah Highfield of Yogagise (yogagise.com) in the wilderness of the Al Faqa Desert in the United Arab Emirates. An amazing sunshine shot for the month of February taken by her young niece, Francesca Highfield. “I love practicing yoga in beautiful places and this photo was taken in the desert sand dunes outside of Dubai,” the yogini tells OM. “The desert looked completely unspoilt and the atmosphere was so serene and dreamy; there was no one else around and I felt like I was in my own little yoga world. My 10- year old niece, Francesca, is a budding photographer, so she captured the special moment for me.”
