She says it is the perfect place to still the fluctuations of the mind and find the space to just be. “Every time is different: I could come up here and watch a beautiful sunrise, and tomorrow, a magical mist,” she tells OM. “It’s a powerful reminder to appreciate where you are in your journey, even if it’s not where you want to be.
