Mantra of the month - you are enough

Many of us will have started the new year with goals, dreams and intentions. Often the big goals in life take time and don't happen overnight. This slow process can sometimes make us believe we're not good enough to achieve or get to that goal which in turn halts or slows down our enthusiasm and productivity. It's so important when we are working towards a goal to not compare ourselves to others and to move forward without any negative judgement on ourselves. If you're trying your best, then you're doing enough.

Social media can be detrimental to our growth if all we do is look at others who are doing what we do but seemingly better. I often say when I'm teaching to always remember that wherever you are on your journey, you are right where you need to be and are enough. You are stronger than you think you are.

As long as you have the passion and self-belief, you are capable of achieving all of your goals and dreams. We don't need to be the best at what we do to succeed. Success grows from passion and the love we put into it.

Perhaps you worry or think you're not enough for someone or something. In reality, if you are rejected by someone or something they are in fact not enough for you. Know your self-worth, what you deserve and you will attract it.

Hold your head high and go get it, even if you're afraid. You are capable, worthy and you absolutely are enough.

Try this pose...
Meditate on Ajna chakra
Sitting in stillness in a comfortable position, with your eyes closed and breath soft, begin to send your awareness to your third eye, the space in between your eyebrows. This energy centre is known as Ajna chakra and symbolises the subconscious mind and is considered the eye of intuition and intellect. The energy of Ajna allows us to access our inner guidance that comes from the depths of our being.
