Laurel Stuart
Laurel is a Doctor of Acupuncture, Massage Therapist and Yoga Therapist. In her practice she specialises in musculoskeletal dysfunction, pain, stress management and cancer and diabetes support using yoga, massage, sound healing and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has taught Forrest Yoga for more than 15 years and she is the founder of Vibrational Yin, a form of Yin Yoga that incorporates the stimulation of acupressure points primarily via sound. Lauren Bloxham
Lauren is a registered yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, based on the north Cornish coast. Her classes encourage exploring intuitive movement through slow-flowing Hatha Yoga asana. Her own practice has evolved over 20 years, and has been a guiding light through her own cancer recovery. She recently collaborated with Bowel Cancer UK to develop online support practices for those affected by Bowel Cancer. Kiki Morriss
Dr Kiki Morriss is a trained medical doctor, yoga teacher, yoga therapist and the founder of Primrose Hill Yoga in London where she teaches adults, children and families. She’s also OM’s regular anatomy expert in our 360º Yoga column exploring the Sun Salutation sequence in 2022 and the author of the book ‘Nurturing Your Family With Yoga: An A-Z Of Yoga Poses’.
