Karen Brodie is a 220hr Yin and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, and Events Organiser from Scotland.
After Karen’s first yoga class, she quickly benefitted from the positive impact this practice offered her mental and physical health.
Yoga became something she needed and kept finding herself back on her mat to move through her flow.
Karen went on to follow her dream to become a yoga teacher and now offers a friendly and safe space for her students, in the hope others can benefit from the practice.
Karen has a gentle approach to teaching, offering modifications to those looking for more of a challenge.
Karen aims to eradicate any intimidation of attending a yoga class; she offers both Vinyasa Flow and Yin classes.
