Nikita has been running her own dance company, for the past 16 years in the UK. She is passionate about promoting mindfulness through Indian classical dance.
Alongside dance, Nikita is a qualified Yoga instructor, certified NLP Master Practitioner and experienced Meditation facilitator.
During the Pandemic, Nikita formulated a Personal Development programme and launched a free positive thinking Podcast; featuring inspirational personal stories of resilience, Poetry and Guided Meditations.
Nikita’s aim is to INSPIRE people to consider implementing Meditation into their daily lives as a technique for eliminating stress, enhancing wellbeing and increasing self-awareness.
