Brandi is a private yoga instructor and psychology professor with a passion for helping others thrive through yoga. She has a deep love for all things yoga-practicing, teaching and writing about yoga. Marrying her background in psychology with her yoga training, she teaches and writes to support others on their own wellness and spiritual journeys.
Brandi resides with her husband, two bonus sons, two bio daughters and two dogs in New Jersey.
I am a certified 200 HR yoga teacher (registered with yoga alliance) with training in vinyasa and restorative yoga. I teach in studios as well as privately. I have a doctoral degree in Applied Social Psychology and am on faculty as a tenured, Full Professor of Psychology at Bronx Community College of The City University of New York. I have an record of publication, mostly in academic journals to date.
