Helen Cartmell

Helen is a Bachelor of Education with more than 30 years of teaching experience. She has practised yoga for 23 years and taught yoga with meditation for 12 of those years. Her knowledge of Yoga theory and practice is extensive. She has researched widely and applies this knowledge to her daily practice. Helen's teaching is grounded in her own experience. Her approach is friendly, inclusive, clear and concise. Helen strongly believes that Yoga is the only sane approach to modern life.
