Tara is a yoga therapist-in-training, writer and mother passionate about matrescence, mother–baby co-regulation and nervous‑system health. Drawing on a background in wellness travel and infant massage, she blends yoga therapy with sound, mindfulness and contemplative practices to support mothers and infants during the fourth trimester. Her research on birth memory and postpartum wellbeing explores how experiences imprint on the body and how mindful movement and storytelling can catalyse healing. She believes mothers deserve realistic, embodied practices and community support. Tara lives between London and the Cayman Islands, where she enjoys writing, photography and Ital-inspired living with her family.
