Manal El-Ramly is a TEDx Speaker, meditation and mindfulness coach, and the founder of Mattain LLC, a company dedicated to empowering individuals toward self-growth, inner peace, and alignment. As an Insight Timer teacher, Manal shares her wisdom with a global audience, guiding them to transcend life's challenges and discover their inherent beauty.

Born from a lifelong passion for learning and a deep empathy for others, Manal's journey has been one of continuous growth. Her early career, rooted in a strong academic background in mechanical engineering (with both Bachelor's and Master's degrees), saw her thrive in the consulting world, bridging the gap between client needs and technical solutions. This experience honed her analytical skills and fostered a deep understanding of human-centered problem-solving.

A dedicated mother, Manal's commitment to education led her to leadership roles within her children's schools, including serving as chair of the board of an independent school and currently as a board member for DNS. This experience broadened her expertise in governance, strategic planning, and community building.

Drawing on her diverse background – from engineering and consulting to education and motherhood – Manal developed a unique coaching approach that blends analytical thinking with emotional intelligence. She respectfully guides individuals to tap into their own empowering beliefs, fostering self-discovery and a deeper connection to their authentic selves. Her work emphasizes the importance of trusting life's unfolding process and finding meaning beyond surface-level struggles.

Manal is the author of "Transcending Anxiety: From Fear to Freedom," a guide to understanding and strengthening the emotional, physical, mental, and egoic bodies to release anxiety and embrace unconditional love. Her experience working with children, including leadership roles in education, inspired her desire to help everyone recognize their inner beauty.

Residing in Raleigh, North Carolina, and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Manal finds inspiration in nature, meditation, yoga, and spending time with loved ones.
