I'm an award-winning yoga therapist and teacher based in Kingston, Surrey and the founder of Yoga Strong. My teaching is based on sharing what I know is valuable from my own experience. My personal practice continues to evolve and now includes dynamic yoga with weights for resistance and strength building, plus a restorative relaxation and Nidra practice to boost my energy levels.
My goal is to offer a space for connection, movement and community. Be Happy Yoga, began in 2017 to inspire others to embrace the resilience, strength, peace and joy that a regular yoga practice has brought me.
