Gillian Davies is a passionate and encouraging yoga teacher who loves to learn and share her knowledge to benefit others.
Gillian Davies has a yoga practice with over 20 years of personal experience, the last six have been dedicated to teaching and sharing her knowledge with others. She has a passion for yin yoga and has used this love to help manage her busy lifestyle and improve her mental wellbeing, by carving out time to get on her own mat regularly. Gillian offers an accessible and inclusive yoga experience through her classes and events, using a combination of pranayama (breathwork,) meditation, movement and yoga nidra to take students on a journey towards a deep state of relaxation and bliss.
