Emma is a Cornwall-based vinyasa yoga and meditation teacher, mental health ambassador for WarriorKind and mama to two wild ones.
She began yoga in 2015 after recovering from serious illness and, on experiencing the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional benefits of yoga, quickly fell in love with it. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2020 and now teaches 4 classes a week.
Emma is particularly interested in promoting positive mental health through yoga and meditation.
