Based in Birmingham and delivering sessions nationally, I am passionate about creating uplifting opportunities for connection through movement and stillness. Drum n Bounce is a dance fitness class to drum & bass music designed to make you sweat and smile. In contrast, 'dubstretch' is a trauma informed, flow yoga session which I take to those less able to access mainstream classes including people in substance misuse recovery and probation settings. Additionally I co-founded the Zen Den with my gong playing brother Mark from Tuned in Sound. Here we offer a range of recreational wellbeing practices at festivals and events.

Level 2 Exercise to Music with YMCA fit
200 hour TT with Real Flow Yoga
200 hour TT in Social Justice, Yoga and Leadership with Prison Yoga Project
50 hour Yoga Anatomy with Doctor Yogi
