Zoë Porter is a Senior Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer Pro living in the New Forest and teaching Ashtanga, Rocket and Yin Yoga. She is a free spirit with a love for body art and spiritualism.
​Like most of the best things in life, Zoë discovered yoga by total chance and fell in love with it. She decided the best way to immerse herself was to become a teacher to continually school herself and others in the path of Yoga. Zoë trained with the renowned Brian Cooper in Ashtanga Yoga and continues to consider herself a student of Yoga first and foremost. Since graduating 10 years ago she has completed additional trainings in Rocket, Yin & Mandala Yoga.
