Rebecca trained for her BWYDip500 with Catherine Eastwood, and has since delivered Yoga classes, workshops and retreats both in the UK and Europe and will be sharing yoga for the second year at Soul Escape Yoga Festival this summer.
Rebecca's style of yoga encourages you to tune into yourself, how you move, how you breathe and how you feel. Rebecca hopes that by knowing yourself, you know your self-worth and through yoga you can bring more balance and joy into life.
