Micaela Madeddu MSc, BSc (Hons), Pilates, Yoga, PT, Massage is passionate about helping people finding their physical and mental wellbeing.
Currently running Spring and Summer Wellbeing retreats in South Sardinia to help people relax and unwind, she started in the fitness industry in 2002 after completing a MSc at the University of Cambridge and a BSc (Hons) at Cagliari University, studying Chemistry. She has since gained numerous qualifications and huge experience collaborating with other health professionals and working for leading companies in the fitness industry.
Experienced in teaching one to ones through to larger groups and has a comprehensive and practical knowledge of Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training and massage therapy among others.
