Jackie is a yoga educator, teacher trainer, and author with over 20 years' teaching experience. She founded The Yoga Bank, where she taught and hosted internationally respected yoga teachers. She has taught at the Om Yoga Show and written for Om Yoga Magazine. After studying yoga philosophy through the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies, she developed Chakrology®, an integrated framework that brings together yoga philosophy, mythology, the nervous system and the chakras, through the unifying lens of the senses. `Her latest book, Teach Meaning, Not Theming, explores how mythology and philosophy can be woven into yoga classes with meaning and respect.
