Cerian is a Gloucestershire yoga therapist supporting adults and young people experiencing burnout to rebuild resilience, calm, and sustainable wellbeing.
Cerian Smith is a yoga therapist and yoga teacher whose work is rooted in lived experience. After a mental health breakdown ended her career teaching A levels, she turned to yoga to rebuild her health and sense of self. The profound impact of the practice led her to train professionally, and she recently qualified as a CNHC-registered yoga therapist. Cerian specialises in whole‑person approaches to wellbeing, drawing on the kosha model to support people navigating stress and burnout. She lives on a boat with her family and two dogs, and loves walking, wild swimming, and the occasional whisky.
