Christel Thimont

Christel was born in France and moved to the UK in 1995, she qualified as a Vinyasa Yoga instructor in 2019 in Bali. She is passionate about yoga and teaches the type of yoga she loves: she likes a good workout!
She found yoga was the only therapy that helped with her back pain due to a scoliosis hence she decided to take her practice further and never looked back.
Christel is also a passionate golfer and plays at a local club. She has been teaching golfing friends who also noticed the big difference practicing yoga makes on their game. She thinks all golf players should practice gold every day to improve their performance.
