Wendy is a yoga teacher, retreat owner and writer living in Ibiza, Spain with her chef partner and numerous cats.

Wendy has been practicing yoga for over 23 years and teaching for 18. Her travels took her to Australia and India to train and teach before she settled in Ibiza where nature, yoga and the incredible energy of the white island are her guides. Wendy runs retreats in a farmhouse in the countryside alongside her chef partner and the many cats she has rescued. When she is not teaching yoga she bakes and writes articles on yoga and has published a book on inspirational knowledge picked up from her years of teaching and travelling.
