Alexandria is an experienced yoga teacher based in British Columbia, Canada.
Her interest in yoga can be traced back to her upbringing in a home that embraced diverse spiritualities, thanks to her mother. From the age of 5, Alex found solace in yoga and meditation, especially during challenging and adverse experiences. She began teaching yoga classes in her community when she was still a teenager.
Currently, her primary focus revolves around nurturing community through weekly yoga classes. Simultaneously, Alexandria's commitment extends to delivering top-notch education for current and aspiring yoga teachers.
