Alexa Mergen has led Simple, Joyful Yoga classes to people of all ages and backgrounds in cities and small towns across the United States in parks, classrooms, swim centers and studios. She is also a poet who believes that mind, breath and body respond to metaphor. Alexa co-edits the Substack magazine GreenBeing. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-500.
I have published articles on lifestyle, yoga, meditation and nature in Elephant Journal, Lion's Roar, My Little Bird and other places.
