From the youngest Teenyoga graduate in 2019 to collaboarting in developing training prgramme for yoga teachers in 2025
Olivia has been teaching yoga since 2019, when she became the youngest person ever to become a TeenYoga teacher at the age of 13. As an autistic teen, they found yoga extremely helpful for self-regulating – both sensorily and through giving her strategies to calm down – and now wants to help other neurodivergent and SEN teens cope through yoga. They theme their classes around Greek mythology, which she loves, and which creates a flexible structure for classes. She is very excited to be working to help make yoga more accessible to neurodivergent and SEN teens!
