Subscriber FAQs – 10 issues per year

Yes, if you're a yearly subscriber, your subscription has been extended to ensure that you receive all 12 issues. For monthly subscribers, your subscription will continue as usual, with the cost spread across 12 months for 10 issues, as you pay monthly.

Regrettably, our pricing needs to account for the ongoing rise in costs related to print, paper, and postage.

For pay monthly subscribers, the cost has increased, but we've distributed that increase across 12 monthly payments, so your individual monthly payment remains unchanged.

For yearly subscribers, we've extended your subscriptions to guarantee that you receive all the issues you've already prepaid for.

For pay monthly subscribers, your subscription will automatically continue on a rolling basis until you decide to cancel it.

For yearly subscribers, once your current subscription term expires, you have the option to renew for the annual 10 issues, which includes the bumper Jan/Feb and Jul/Aug editions.

A bumper issue refers to the combination of the January and February issues into one and the merging of the July and August issues into another, resulting in two special editions: a Winter bumper issue and a Summer bumper issue. These issues will be filled with a wealth of articles, sequences, and additional content and will remain available in stores for an extended duration compared to the regular monthly issues.

There will be a Winter bumper issue in January/February (sent out at the end of December) and then a Summer bumper issue in July/August (sent out at the end of June). 

No, the February issue has been combined with January, and the August issue has been merged with July. As a result, there won't be separate February and August issues; they will be part of the combined Winter and Summer bumper issues, respectively.

For non-UK subscribers, the same principles apply. If you are a monthly subscriber, your subscription will persist with monthly payments, providing you with 10 issues annually. For yearly subscribers, your subscription has been extended to guarantee that you receive the issues you've already paid for.

For yearly subscribers, we will honor the price and term you've already paid for, but upon renewal, you will be renewing for the new 10 issues instead of 12.

Monthly subscribers will maintain their current monthly payment, with the cost of the 10 issues now distributed over 12 monthly payments.

Yes, as before, monthly subscribers can cancel at any time by logging into your account, then going to ‘subscriptions’. 

No, yearly subscriptions will not auto-renew. Once your last issue has been sent, you will receive an email with instructions on how to re-subscribe.
