Love OM magazine and want to tell the world? Here’s your chance
Okay, I’m hooked! I’ve only just got into yoga fairly recently but I absolutely can’t do a day without it now! The feeling it gives me during and afterwards is so powerful! A friend handed me a copy of your magazine last year and it’s already become a part of my new commitment to leading a healthier lifestyle based around yoga. It was also great reading through your ‘yoga for beginners’ report in the January issue — so much motivation and some great ideas for building a regular practice. I’ve already discovered that it’s more about self-improvement and living with awareness, rather than just exercise. I loved this quote that you included in the magazine: “Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be; embrace who you are.” That’s my plan for 2021! Megan, by email

Spare a thought
I so miss going to classes at my local studio, but it must be really hard at the moment for all the yoga teachers. I do try and support them with online classes but I can’t wait to get back to real face-to face classes, which are the best! They’ve been there for us, inspiring us and empowering us to lead our best lives, so we, as students, should try and support them now as much as we possibly can. Lily, by email
