OM Yoga & Lifestyle
Subscription & Purchase Terms
Effective date: 8 September 2026
These terms apply when a consumer buys a magazine, subscription, digital product or other item directly from Prime Impact Events & Media Ltd through OM Yoga & Lifestyle Magazine. The product description, price, delivery information and any additional conditions shown at the time of order form part of your contract with us.
1. Who you are buying from
Prime Impact Events & Media Ltd, company number 03220574, registered office 47 Butt Road, Colchester, Essex, United Kingdom, CO3 3BZ. Contact: hello@ommagazine.com; +44 (0)1787 224040.
2. Orders and contract formation
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the relevant product or subscription. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm that we have accepted the order. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud or misuse, a product is unavailable, or we cannot lawfully fulfil the order. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable. Delivery or other charges will be shown before you place the order. Payment is taken using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices.
4. Print magazines and subscriptions
The number and frequency of issues included in a print subscription, the subscription period, price, delivery area and first expected issue will be shown on the subscription page or at checkout. Publication dates may change and occasional issues may be combined, postponed or otherwise adjusted for editorial or production reasons.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Tell us promptly if your address changes. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address that you supplied or failed to update, although we will try to help where reasonably possible.
5. Digital content or access
Where a subscription includes digital content or digital access, the technical requirements and access method will be described at the point of purchase. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and must not share access outside any permitted household or licence terms.
If you ask us to provide paid digital content immediately during a statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be affected once supply begins, where the law permits.
6. Auto-renewing or recurring subscriptions
If a subscription renews automatically, the checkout information will clearly state the recurring price, billing frequency, minimum or initial term (if any), how renewal works and how to cancel. We will provide any reminder, cancellation and end-of-contract information required by applicable consumer law.
You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription using the method stated at checkout or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; any refund due for the current period will depend on your statutory rights and the subscription terms shown when you bought it.
7. Consumer cancellation rights
If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. The precise start and effect of the cancellation period depends on whether the contract is for goods, services, digital content or a subscription. We will provide the legally required cancellation information at or before checkout and in a form you can keep.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory cancellation or refund rights you have under consumer law.
8. Voluntary cancellation of print subscriptions
Where we permit cancellation outside statutory rights, we may refund the value of paid-for issues that have not yet been dispatched, less any non-refundable value expressly associated with a promotional subscription gift where the original offer made that condition clear. Any more favourable cancellation promise shown when you bought the subscription will apply.
9. Missing, damaged or incorrect items
If a physical magazine or item arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact hello@ommagazine.com with your name, delivery address and order or subscription details. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods are not affected.
10. Gift subscriptions and promotions
Gift subscriptions, discount codes and promotional gifts may have additional eligibility, expiry, delivery or availability conditions shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotional gifts have no cash alternative and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised item becomes unavailable.
11. Changes to subscriptions
We may change future subscription prices, benefits or formats. Where a change affects an auto-renewing paid subscription, we will provide any advance notice required by law and explain your options, including how to cancel where applicable.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses incurred by a consumer.
13. Complaints and contact
Please contact hello@ommagazine.com or +44 (0)1787 224040 if you have a problem with an order or subscription. Postal correspondence may be sent to Prime Impact Events & Media Ltd, 47 Butt Road, Colchester, Essex, United Kingdom, CO3 3BZ.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
