Egg salad using eggs, avocado,
garlic, lemon, curry powder and salt. 

 
Egg salad using mustard, boiled
potatoes, onions and cornichons,
pickled cucumbers or capers

 
Scrambled eggs with sliced

Peanut butter with sliced
vegetables and salad.

 
Vege BLT: Smoked cheese
as the spread, sliced tomatoes
and lettuce leaves, salt and pepper.

 
Cheese Spreads: Cream cheese,
goat’s cream cheese or smoked
cheese with herbs, olives, sliced
tomatoes, strips of peppers,
jalapenos or cress.

 
Hard cheeses; Comte, Gruyere.
Manchego, Pecorino, Cheddar -
and honey, onion rings, sliced
tomato, cucumber, radishes
or peppers

Sprinklings with extra flavour

Cress, fresh herbs, grated
horseradish or a sprinkling of
smoked paprika.
